Chad Paiva, Esq.
Chad Paiva has been practicing bankruptcy law for nearly 30 years. During the course of his career, Mr. Paiva has and continues to represent chapter 7 trustees and other fiduciaries in bankruptcy cases, individual and business debtors in chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases, and several creditor constituencies, including private and institutional lenders, taxing authorities, commercial landlords and property owner associations, in chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases. Mr. Paiva also represents Assignors and Assignees in Assignment for the Benefit of Creditor proceedings under Florida law. In 2011, Mr. Paiva was appointed by the United States Trustee Program to the chapter 7 trustee panel in Broward County, Florida, and still serves in that capacity.
